Submission Agreement

I hereby grant Fresh Voices LLC the right to read, evaluate and or judge the accompanying material
I acknowledge that I am the sole owner of all rights to the material and have full authority to submit material to Fresh Voices LLC. If I am not the sole owner of the material, I attest that I have obtained permission from all other owners to submit this material to Fresh Voices LLC.
I understand Fresh Voices LLC will not disclose, reveal, share or discuss my material with anyone else except current and future employees, partners and industry judges without the written consent of Writer.
I understand that a further agreement may be signed before any promotional efforts are taken on my behalf by Fresh Voices LLC.
I acknowledge that it is my option and responsibility to copyright or register the material prior to submitting it to Fresh Voices LLC and hereby release Fresh Voices LLC, all officers, employees, judges and readers from any claims that arise from my failure to do so.
I hereby indemnify Fresh Voices LLC, its officers, employees, partners, industry judges and sponsors of and from any and all claims, loss or liability that may be asserted or incurred by me or any of my associates, in connection with said material.
Industry Judges shall include but not be limited to Joel Schumacher, and officers and employees of Joel Schumacher Productions.
If I am submitting to the Fresh Voices Screenplay Competition, I attest that I have read, understand and agree to all the official rules and eligibility requirements of the screenplay competition.
I understand all rules, eligibility and prizes of the writing competition are made at the sole discretion of Fresh Voices LLC and may change at any time.
I understand all decisions of the competition judges are final.
I understand nothing in this agreement shall be deemed a sale or offer for sale of the Submission, nor does it obligate Fresh Voices LLC in any way other than to read, evaluate and judge said material.
I understand that script analysis is a subjective process, allowing for reasonable disagreement as to the relative merits of the submission, but that the fee is non-refundable whether I agree or disagree with the evaluation.
I understand that Fresh Voices LLC has the right to refuse services in connection with any submitted material. Should the material be refused, Fresh Voices LLC agrees to refund any pre-paid amount in full.
